1.6 Scope of bidding: including but not limited to earthwork engineering, main engineering (including civil engineering and steel structure), mechanical and electrical installation engineering, decoration and decoration engineering, exterior facade engineering, as well as outdoor engineering, including outdoor pipeline network, pipe rack, road and pavement, enclosure and fence, etc.

2. Qualification requirements for bidders

2.1 The bidder must have an independent legal person with Level 2 or above qualifications as a general contracting enterprise for construction projects issued by the construction administrative department, and obtain a valid safety production license. I have undertaken electronic and photovoltaic industrial factory projects and possess corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funding.

2.2 This project does not accept consortium bidding.

2.3 Two or more legal persons, parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries and their holding companies, as well as bidders with other forms of asset related relationships, whose legal representatives are the same person, are not allowed to bid simultaneously in the same bidding project.

2.4 Bidders shall not bid in the name of others or engage in fraudulent activities (including providing false financial information or performance) to win the bid.
