1. Project Overview and Bidding Scope

1.2 Project location: South of Shendong 6th Road and east of Wangli Street in Shenfu Demonstration Zone, Liaoning Province

1.3 Construction period requirements: 60 calendar days from the signing of the contract.

1.5 Bidding Content: Engineering Design Consulting Services

1.6 Scope of bidding: including the preparation of project feasibility study report, conceptual design, preliminary design, construction drawing design of the project, as well as all design deepening confirmation, drawing review, and submission services within the project construction scope.

2. Qualification requirements for bidders

2.1 The bidder must have Class B or above qualification for Electronic engineering design and architectural engineering design, Class B or above qualification for engineering consulting unit, and have design experience in photovoltaic manufacturing industrial projects.

2.2 This project does not accept consortium bidding.

2.3 Two or more legal persons, parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries and their holding companies, as well as bidders with other forms of asset related relationships, whose legal representatives are the same person, are not allowed to bid simultaneously in the same bidding project.

2.4 Bidders shall not bid in the name of others or engage in fraudulent activities (including providing false financial information or performance) to win the bid. If a bidder submits a bid in the name of another person or fraudulently obtains the bid by other means, the winning bid shall be invalid, and if losses are caused to the tenderer, the bidder shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be pursued in accordance with the law.

2.5 Reputation requirements: when replying to confirm that this project was registered, it was not listed as a Defaulted executee by the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), and it has not received any administrative punishment in the past three years.
